From the San Francisco Airport:

Hwy 101WY 101 South to 880 South. HWY 880 Becomes HWY 17 through Santa Cruz Mountains. HWY 17 South to HWY 1 South to Watsonville. Take Riverside Drive exit and keep right. At stop sign (Lee Road) turn right. Go one block to a four-way stoplight, straight through intersection, first driveway on the left.

From the San Jose Airport:

Take 880 South and follow the directions above.

From the Monterey Airport:

HWY 1 North to Watsonville, take Riverside exit, turn left over HWY 1 to stop sign. At stop sign (Lee Road) turn right. Go one block to a four-way stoplight, straight through intersection, first driveway on the left.

From Sacramento:

HWY 5 South to 152 West, HWY 152 to 101 South, 129 West to Watsonville. Follow 129 to dead end (stop sign). At stop sign (Lee Road) turn right. Go one block to a four-way stoplight, straight through intersection, first driveway on the left.
